Non-Member Controller Use***.............................................................................. $18.00

• Same privileges as Member Controller Use (no voting rights - no newsletter)

*Full membership dues are based on a “per-household” basis. This means that all persons living at the same address as the member named on the membership application that hold a valid FCC amateur radio license are included and shall have full rights as Black River Amateur Radio Club members.

**Full-time student includes any full-time student in grade school, elementary, junior high school, high school, college or university. College/university students must maintain a schedule of 12 credit hours to be considered full-time. A senior is any individual over 65 years of age. A disabled person includes any licensed amateur operator able to provide legal documentation verifying disability status.

***The controller use fee is charged on a “per-operator” basis. This includes each licensed amateur radio operator who wishes to have controller privileges.
